Presenter information

The conference program has been posted to http://fdg2022.org/schedule; use the detailed version for more information about timing, paper titles and authors.

If you’re presenting, please contact your session chair during the break before your session and copy your presentation to the laptop set up in the room. This laptop will be used to livestream your presentation to remote participants; if you don’t want your presentation to be livestreamed, please let us know beforehand. You can use PowerPoint or PDF files or web-based services (such as Prezi) that don’t require any additional software to be installed. Each presentation is allocated 15 minutes for regular papers and 10 minutes for Late-Breaking Work + 5 minutes for discussion and questions; keep an eye on your session chair who will notify you when you’re running out of time. For additional discussion and questions, feel free to use the coffee break or any time left at the end of the session.

Finding your way in the venue

The conference will take place at the New Building of the Panteion University. If you arrive at Syngrou av., walk through Frangoudi str., and enter the sidewalk to your right; the New Building will be at your left after ~20 meters. The two main rooms (called Sakis Karagiorgas I and II) are on the ground and first floor, respectively; the demo session will take place at the open space outside Room II, while the workshops will take place at the University Lab at the basement of the Stasinopoulos wing (opposite the New Building). Feel free to check with one of the volunteers for more information and details.
